We're Hiring | Business Development Associate (IT Sales)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate with 6 months to 1 year of experience in the IT industry. This role is key to bringing in new projects and building long-term client relationships for our growing startup.

Job Overview:

You will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with clients, and supporting the sales process for IT services including Web, Mobile, Software, and SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services (Web, Mobile, Software, SaaS)
Conduct outbound sales via LinkedIn, email, and calls
Communicate fluently with local and international clients
Qualify leads and understand client requirements
Schedule and coordinate client meetings with the Director
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications
Maintain sales pipeline and weekly performance reports
Support deal closure and post-sales coordination
Achieve monthly targets for leads, meetings, and proposals

Required Qualifications & Skills:

6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development / IT Sales
Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory for international clients
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Understanding of IT services, software, and digital solutions
Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and CRM tools
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
