Position Details
Social Media & Content Associate
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a dynamic digital solutions company, for the position of Social Media & Content Associate. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the client’s social media presence, creating visually engaging content, supporting campaigns, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities
•Design graphics, posts, and short videos using Canva.
•Schedule and manage posts across social media channels.
•Respond to messages and comments professionally.
•Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
•Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies.
•Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements.
•Ensure a consistent brand aesthetic and voice.
Required Qualifications
•Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•Strong Canva skills and basic design knowledge.
•Familiarity with social media trends and analytics.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Creative mindset with attention to detail.
•Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
•Basic video editing (Canva, CapCut, Adobe collection, etc.).
•Experience with social media analytics tools.
•Knowledge of content planning and digital marketing concepts.
