Senior Project Manager - 6 Month Contract

We are partnering with a leading technology firm to appoint an exceptional Senior Project Manager capable of steering mission-critical initiatives with strategic clarity, operational discipline, and stakeholder confidence. This role demands a seasoned leader who excels in high-pressure delivery environments and brings a strong command of Agile methodologies, cross-functional coordination, and risk governance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end leadership for complex software projects, ensuring seamless alignment between engineering, product, business, and external collaborators.

Drive project delivery with uncompromising attention to timeline, scope, resource allocation, and quality assurance.

Establish clear, technically robust project scopes and translate them into executable delivery roadmaps.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, milestone trackers, and communication frameworks for effective project monitoring.

Anticipate project risks, operational challenges, and inter-team dependencies; implement proactive mitigation strategies and escalate where required.

Guide Agile ceremonies and support the Product Owner in refining, estimating, and prioritizing user stories to maintain delivery momentum.

Ensure continuous visibility for leadership through concise daily progress reports, status updates, and stakeholder briefs.

Champion delivery excellence, operational transparency, and a solution-driven culture across the project lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

A minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated success in Agile project management within technology or software-engineering environments.

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's Degree will be considered an advantage).

Professional credentials such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent will be a strong differentiator.

Advanced capability in risk identification, mitigation practices, and Agile governance.

Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical initiatives to organizational outcomes.

Proven excellence in stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution.

A high level of ownership, accountability, and commitment to quality-driven execution.
