Business Development Associate
We are a growing IT Startup providing web development, software solutions, mobile apps, and digital marketing services.
We are looking for a motivated
Business Development Associate
who can bring new clients, handle social media activities, and support the overall growth of the business.If you are energetic, confident, and
passionate about IT + marketing
, this role is perfect for you.Responsibilities
•Identify and acquire new clients for IT services (websites, software, social media marketing, etc.)
•Communicate with potential clients through calls, emails, and social media
•Create and manage basic social media posts using Canva
•Support lead generation and marketing activities
•Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations
•Maintain long-term relationships with clients
•Follow up on leads and assist in closing deals
•Coordinate with the internal IT team to deliver client requirements
Qualifications
•Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
•Strong communication and negotiation skills
•Basic understanding of IT services
•Ability to create simple designs using Canva
•Familiarity with social media platforms (FB/IG/TikTok/LinkedIn)
•Ability to work independently and meet targets
•Prior experience in IT sales/marketing is an added advantage
