Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead – Azure DevOps to join our Platform Development team. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership, focusing on building secure, automated, and scalable Azure cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
•Platform Development & Infrastructure: Build and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure tools that empower development teams.
•Automation & IaC: Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, Desired State Configuration, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
•Security & Reliability: Ensure platform security, reliability, and performance across all environments.
•Operations & Support: Diagnose and resolve platform incidents, maintain documentation, and improve operational practices.
•Collaboration & Planning: Work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to platform strategy, and provide technical guidance.
Required Qualifications
•Extensive experience with Azure cloud platform and automation (YAML pipelines, Azure CLI, Bash, PowerShell).
•Strong understanding of DevOps concepts, SDLC, and general infrastructure (networking, containerization).
•Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and methodologies.
•Proven track record in enterprise-level Azure environments and platform development.
•Ability to lead teams, mentor others, and communicate technical concepts effectively.
Preferred Skills
•Advanced experience with Kubernetes, service mesh, and container orchestration.
•Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and cloud security best practices.
•Relevant certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer Expert, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), Terraform.
