Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer with strong automation testing expertise and team leadership capabilities. This role combines hands-on automation development using Selenium and C# with mentoring responsibilities, working closely in Agile environments and interacting directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities
•Automation Testing & Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated UI tests (Selenium WebDriver with C#), build custom automation frameworks, and develop automated API tests.
•Cross-Platform & CI/CD: Implement cross-browser and cross-mobile platform testing solutions, integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or other DevOps tools.
•Testing Strategy & Methodology: Create test plans, apply TDD and BDD practices, and ensure end-to-end testing coverage across the software lifecycle.
•Team Leadership & Mentoring: Guide and mentor junior QA engineers, conduct training sessions, and drive continuous improvement in automation strategies and processes.
•Client Interaction & Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, development teams, and stakeholders, provide updates on testing progress, and resolve complex technical and quality issues.
Required Qualifications
•Automation Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Selenium with C# .NET and strong programming skills.
•API Testing: Hands-on experience with REST API testing and automation frameworks.
•Testing Methodologies: Practical experience with TDD, BDD, and Agile testing approaches.
•Tools & Frameworks: Proficiency with NUnit, MsTest, TestNG, Jenkins, and version control systems.
•Experience: 5–7 years in QA, including 3+ years in automation testing; demonstrated leadership in guiding junior team members.
•Client-Facing Skills: Strong communication skills and experience interacting with clients.
Preferred Qualifications
•Mobile and cross-platform testing experience.
•Knowledge of performance and load testing, cloud-based testing environments (AWS, Azure).
•Certifications: ISTQB Advanced Test Automation Engineer, Selenium, Agile/CSM, or relevant Microsoft/.NET certifications.
•Experience in enterprise-level applications across domains like finance, healthcare, or e-commerce.
