Job Description
We are looking for a motivated HR Executive to manage HR operations, support employee engagement, and help streamline HR processes. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people management and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
•Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
•Support performance management and appraisal cycles.
•Assist in organizing training, development, and employee engagement programs.
•Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
•Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide support to employees.
Required Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
•Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
•Familiarity with HR software and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills
•Experience in IT company HR operations.
•Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration.
